loopy

when you are loopy, you are easily amused and laugh for a long time. loopiness usually occurs early in the morning such as 1am. being loopy can be from sleep deprivation, sugar, or just because you are. also, laughing for a long amount of time is the main symptom of being loopy. being loopy isn't bad but you may be judged if you are the only person loopy. being loopy is fun with a group of people such as friends.
