Pics or it didn't happen is used when someone makes a very far fetched statement about something. See example.

Teenager1: So brah ask me what I did over the weekend
Teenager2: ok....what did you do over the weekend?
Teenager1: I went over to this girls house and I fucked her and then her mom walked in on us and we had a threesome.
Teenager2: Pics or it didn't happen looser!

when a ghetto person -or person that talks ghetto- gets ready to tell a story; usually about how much weed they smoked that day, how much crunk juice they drank that weekend, what ho/dude they banged, when they're about to lie, or when they are talking about something that totally doesn't need to be started with "see wut had happened was.."

"see, what had happened was..is this..i smoked so much dr0 n drank s0 much crunk juice this weekend, that i banged some dude that was toe up from tha flo' up"

Halen

1. When someone is hating on you for no good reason. Like a member of the itty bitty titty committee threatening to report your photos for showing too much cleavage.

2. Synonym for "shit happens".

1. Committee, "I'm reporting your photo for nudity because you are showing a lot of cleavage."
DD, "Yeah, well, tits happen."

2. Boss, "Why are you late?"
Employee, "I don't know, tits happen."

throw a Halpert

To stare off in another direction from the party you are interacting with, preferably to a third party, with a blank or mildly surprised look on your face to emphasize the ridiculousness of your conversation and/or situation with the first party.

The bridesmaid was so drunk and loud during the toast that I had to throw a Halpert to guests at another table.

After the professor stated the due date for the assignment, the undergrad asked when the assignment was due. The professor promptly threw a Halpert to the rest of the class.
