appropiate typo

See also good typo, sic mark.

An example of an appropiate typo (or one which is intentional).. would be ‘Oll Korrect’, from which the confirmatory ‘OK’ is derived. Or for words from primary-source documents which are no-longer in usage (extinct), such as ‘Pleasaunce’.

When typing on an instant messenger, it is often that one will push the # key by accident, just as they press ENTER to send the message. It is very common and is often ignored by the recipient.
