Chew 'n Spew

Per author Bill Bryson, in Australia, a Chew 'n Spew is a roadside enterprise that offers both gas and dining. Thus, you can "chew" your food, and "spew" gas into your car.

"G'day mate. I've got a bit of a rumble in my tummy. I stopped at a chew 'n spew on my way in from Melbourne, and the soup doesn't seem to be agreeing with me."

A common exclamation used in interweb land (and recently transferred to the "real" world) to describe the act of "Spewing out" at a particularly pathetic or distasteful comment - usually relating to uncalled for professions of love or friendship.
