Short form of "Fart Next To You" It's when a person farts (or flatulates) next to you silently and does not admit their deed.

When someone says "name that tune" and lets it rip, that's not farnextia but when someone lets a silent but deadly fart and no one admits to doing it, usually the first one who smells it dealt it.

The actions can range from totally hilarious to dangerous. Many people experiance Faneurysms when they get tour updates or purchase a new volume of their favorite manga.

Charlotte had a faneurysm due to her late updates concerning Radiohead.

Cat had a faneutysm when she watched the new episode of Supernatural.
