a. A valid excuse for calling out of work when you've partied too hard the night before.

b. Evading responsibility via alcohol, i.e. court, child care, blind dates, birthdays

We partied until 5am and I passed out on a homeless man... definitely calling in drunk today.

The condition at which the effects of alcohol on the brain are exaggerated due to consumption at any altitude higher than 1,000 ft. (ie. skyrise bars, airplanes, mountaintops, etc.)

pirate drunk

adj. Pirate drunk is the condition whereas you are so drunk, that you see double. To compensate, you cover one eye (like a pirate's eye patch). Typically, you are so drunk that you do not have a problem talking to someone seated next to you with one hand over your eye.

A relatively new series on Comedy Central. People are asked to get completely drunk, and when they are, tell the history of some famous person in history while it is all depicted. The characters in the skit mouth the drunk person's words as they talk, which makes the show funny and unpredictable.
