Kid who goes to Madison Wisconsin who formally played on the Wisconsin football team, who was also a state champ in high school, who plays a game called assassins in the dorms, which is where you get people with silly string and then they are out, then you make a board with pictures of all the people playing and if you take a funny picture that looks like falling bricks from the game Mario, which is called thwomps, and then an Asian kid who is posting the nicknames on the board doesn't know the actual name for the word thwomps post the nick names and calls you chomp instead, then your are a champ chomp

I go to UW-Madison and they call me Champ Chomp.

Compact disk

A compact disk is the long form of a CD. It's that circular thing with a silvery backside that contains all the music/movies/data/shit/porn that you downloaded from the net is usually stored. It is what you call the principle portable data storage method for the late twentieth century. A CD comes in two sizes, the larger CD has a capacity of 700 MB, or 80 minutes of sound, and the smaller ones have a capacity of 185 MB, or 21 minutes of sound. There are three kinds of CDs. PRe-recorded CDs that comes with software / music / data already burnt in. CD-Rs where you get to burn data, and CD-RW where you get to burn as well aas erase data. As of now, portable data storage is changing over to flash drives and DVDs.

Bruning compact disks can be fun. Either way that you take it.

comp'd

In DJ parlance, a once-obscure song that has since been sampled or featured on a mass market compilation or reissue has been comp'd, i.e., it is no longer obscure because it has been brought into mainstream attention via cultural recycling.

I was going to sample a dope break I discovered on a private press 7", but then I realized that it had already been comp'd on a DJ Shadow mix.
