Cerote means turd in Spanish.
It is an offensive term used against the people from Central America (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras)
The people from those countries speak a vulgar type of Spanish and use the word cerote (turd) in every sentence. They even use it against their children and parents. The res of Latinos know Central Americans as cerotes.
