A place where daddy Howard threatens to put you if u are standing, breathing or talking to him. Also if you are off the sidewalk outside he will run with his whistle blowing it in your face as if there is no tomorrow. Often in the lunch room he will call 22 (a security guard) to come get you.
Dr.Howard: tables 1,2,3 you are dismissed
Student A: *stands up at table 4
Student B:*looks at dr Howard
Dr.Howard: SIT DOWN I ONLY SAID TABLES 1,2,3 BOI DO YOU WANT IC. 22 COME GET HIM
