A person that has been put in place to take the blame for the worlds problems. Somebody that should not be in a position of power, especially the position of POTUS.
Bernadette: “Say, who is that old senile guy talking on the TV? He fell down six times and looks like he’s on the run from a nursing home”.
Ernest: “O hell Berns. That’s old Joe Biden. You know he lives right across the hall from us here at the “Sunny Acres Geriatric Home”. Are you losing your mind? You sound like your not playing with a full deck of cards either”.
Elmer: “Look at that! There’s an old guy walking down the middle of the highway. He’s only wearing a diaper and tube socks”.
Jill: O yeah, That’s old Joe Biden. He likes to pretend he’s a Jet taking on from the runway every once in awhile”.
Elmer: “Hmm . . . Looks like he needs to change his oil filter . . . “.
