Silica Vaginitis

A condition, commonly involved with men, where there is physical, mental or emotional pain preventing them from peak performance of an activity and/or providing an excuse for lack of peak performance, colloquially known as “sand in the vagina.” See also transitory silica vaginitis, chronic silica vaginitis.
