Similar to Mind-boggling, it is quite noticeably more uber in audibility. Due to its cyber-like infrastructure, it is most commonly used when talking in mmorpg slang. The context it is used in varies immensely. For example the algorithm used to find the correct context could be totally nonexistent.
Due to this, it's definition is quite undistinguished.
