A UI/UX kifejezések ismeretlenek számukra, ahogyan a minőség és a stabilitás is. Ez részben érthető, hiszen a fejlesztői csapat kicsi, túldolgoztatott és alulfizetett. A működőképes alternatívára, a reFilc-re irigykednek, ezért limitálják az egyébként publikus API-t, ami így is csak minden harmadik napon működik.
