“Border bunny” is a term used against hispanic/latin people, most commonly against of mexican descent. “Border bunny” means how a hispanic person crosses over the border (as a stereotype) because usually most hispanics who live in their home country doesn’t have a stable job.

Border lizzard

Primarily referring to a Mexican illegal but can be any Central and South American. Offensive, early slang. Originally derived from Tijuana, San Diego area in the 1950's to describe vagrant Mexicans hanging around border crossings and any entering America illegally.
