One who scamps is said to be a scamper.
The stolen object is said to have been scamped. If it had a previous owner, he or she is also correctly said to have been scamped.
To rescamp is to take the object in question from its original scamper.
Scamping efforts are judged qualitatively based on creativity and resourcefulness. Victims of particularly good scamps are said to have been scamped bad or scamped hard.

Get the Scampied! mug.A party which involves more "Scrumping" then alcohol, and drugs. This usually occurs when there are more women, then men. Only certain circumstances could involve more men, then women. Can occur anywhere, or anyplace at any given moment. Only if basic party needs are aquired (like alcohol, drugs, and/or entertainment) can a Scrump Fest occur.
Person#1: Yo, did you go to that party on St. Patricks Day?
Person#2: Hell yea, the party was a total "Scrump Fest."
