Usually A Mueller Report says one thing, then a second document is released on a later date that is changed or altered to say whatever the author chooses. A Mueller Report is often confusing, contradictory, and is hard to believe it is taken seriously, but it is.

A lot o' people don't realize what's really going on. They view life as a bunch o' unconnected incidents 'n things. They don't realize that there's this, like, lattice o' coincidence that lays on top o' everything. Give you an example; show you what I mean: suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Social Repose is a content creator on youtube. His birth name is Richard Giese but he often goes by "Richie" or "Mother moth". He is known for his profound art, music, and fashion. He has many covers on youtube along with many original songs. He speaks about his struggles with mental illness often through his art. Though a lot of the times his art is just up for interpretation. He is very kind and down to earth. He has been a part of an online scandal with another youtube creator named Jacklyn Hill. This has caused a lot of negativity towards him and his content. He is very respectful about this hate, however. Overall, if you are going to go to his page, approach it with kindness and an open mind.
