She is also sexually promiscuous - a person who spreads sexually transmitted diseases. Her victims are always extremely horrified when they wake up the next morning. A somewhat crude term, the phrase is only usually used by people who are common, of low intellect or mingers themselves.Word comes from northern England and from Scotland.

A term used by garry’s mod players. "Minging" is a term often associated with the act of breaking the rules on a server, especially RP servers. Minges are often players not playing seriously, and often just intend to troll or have some short-lived fun.

Person: *Just running around making weird noises and breaking rules*
Player: “Your such a minge”

Person: *Starts disturbing an in game meeting/debrief*
