Intelligence amplification, or I.A.
Humans increase their knowledge and wisdom and are smarter in making decissions by pooling their knowledge with other people and with computers.

He may not be the smartest guy on Wall Street but his intelligence amplification techniques greatly increase his ability to think. Now with a lot of moral amplification he should be able to use his moral compass to chart a new course in life.

deceptively intelligent

A compinsult, used when someone is smarter than they appear. It may be that it's being looked at such that the "thing" (whatever it is) is deceptive. In a way, that's true, but it is we who are being deceived. If his intelligence is deceptive, I am being deceived as to his intelligence.

This is an ancient word of the greeks and a word shared by the romans. It was commonly used for describing flaming homosexuals, that would practice thing including but not limited to, beastiality, necrophelia, pedophilia. This was all done with young men.

In the modern time, the definition has not changed much. But it is used as a name by parents who don't like their children.

1) A tank that is smart, as opposed to the normal run of the mill tanks that have no sentience.

B) Also Intellitank is normal slang for someone who is blocked on AOL instant messenger service. An ass, if you will.
