They act as mindless automatons that wreak havoc among the inhabitants of their vicinity. The communities in which they reside in have their value lowered substantially. By the use and sale of narcotics(ex. crack, cocaine and other illegal substances) they manage to survive, and in fact thrive on the dependency drugs cause among their clientele.
I think i saw Tyrone on the corner selling crack. Its a shame really, he was such a good kid.
