Obama's Law

A term that originated from Godwin's Law, Obama's Law states that as an online argument grows longer and more heated, it becomes increasingly likely that somebody will blame Obama. When such an event occurs, the person guilty of invoking Obama's Law has effectively forfieted the argument.
"Hey did you see that car wreck the other day?"
"Yeah I did, thanks a lot Obama."
"It wasn't Obama's fault."
"Well, that's Obama's Law."

Stack's Law of Universal Causality

A law which states that: given sufficient time, some internet user, somewhere, will have posted elaborate arguments for one person, thing, idea or phenomenon being the cause of all of the world's modern day problems. The argument is likely far-fetched.
Joe: Man, the Middle East is getting crazier every day.
Matt: I read a great article the other day about how Middle Eastern instability is primarily caused by Western expectations of gender-role conformity. That also causes income inequality, Donald Trump, and government corruption.
Joe: The only thing you just proved is that Stack's Law of Universal Causality is true.

Jessica: OMG! Why are there so many starving children in Africa.
LeJuana: You see, when you get down to it, Islamic extremism is the primary cause of global hunger, and our poor stock-markets!
Jessica: How do you know that?
LeJuana: I read a tell all article on it at WorldWithoutReligion.com!
Jessica: That's just Stack's Law of Universal Causality at work.

Morphy's Law

Refers to the often-experienced situation of frustration and lack of progress/advancement caused by the infamous "double-face" that so many lazy/selfish/insensitive people rapidly vacillate between, depending on current conditions --- one moment they may be robustly cheerful and agreeably open-minded, and then if someone mentions an unwelcome subject or task, they suddenly "morph" into an irritable depressed "limp rag" who does not wish to bestir himself or cooperate/assist in any way.
Morphy's Law: The level of energy/patience/good humor that someone possesses is in direct inverse proportion to the desirability of the topic under discussion, the amount of strenuous labor involved in a proposed task, etc.

Gibb's Second Law

Coined by Gibbs himself, it is short for 'Gibb's second law of relational-dynamics'

It states that:

Relationships between members in a squad will not last for long and when they do end they will tend towards the detriment of the squad as a whole and will probably involve a lot of angry paras sent over iMessage and/or Whatsapp.
Person 1: "Did you hear that Sarah and Matt broke up?"
Person 2: "Yeah, I had 374 unread messages on Whatsapp"
Person 1: "What can you do, it's just Gibb's Second Law!"

Gibb's First Law

Coined by Gibbs himself, it is short for 'Gibb's First law of relational-dynamics'

It states that:

No relationship between two persons can ever remain purely platonic, it will either end with one member (usually the male) feeling friendzoned and thus ending the relationship after they lose all hope, or with the relationship becoming romantic, in which case Gibb's Second Law must apply as Gibbs is always right.
Person 1: "Whoa, Sarah and Matt are such good friends!"
Person 2: "Trust me, they're gonna be more than friends soon enough"
Person 1: "Oh yeahhhh, Gibb's First Law, lucky Matt!"
