Basically all the trucks which caused injuries and deaths in the Inazuma Eleven Anime/Game series. Hino, the creator is always seen as the devil who makes traumatic pasts for children, by using trucks, truck “accidents”.
Although sometimes he uses other kinds of vehicles for example cars, the fandom calls all of them like this.

Common characteristics of a truck ricer are but are not limited to: lifting your body 6 inches despite the axle remaining in the same position, a dumb ass exaust that makes your truck ridiculously loud and overly tinted windows, another awful characteristic of the tuck ricer is to lower it until it has almost no clearance which takes away most of the benefits of owning a truck in the first place
