Putangina is a word used for cursing.
Putangina doesn’t mean “I LOVE YOU” and it is not a POLITE WORD in Filipino language.

Please stop misleading people by providing a wrong information.

Putang ina mo!

is a Filipino version of "son of a bitch!" (anak ng puta!) but only said in a reversed manner. "Putang ina mo!" in tagalog literally means, "your mom's a bitch!".

FYI: it is never meant as "go fuck your mom"

The phrase is used to describe someone succeeding in a big way, or as some might say, "putting in work."
