1.- Plural for paisa. (Countryman): Meaninng someone from the same country as you.

2.- A Federal prison gang also with presence in California, Texas, Arizona and state prisons all across U.S.A and other Countries. They identify by using the number 16 in their tattoos. In Texas they are also known as "Tango Mexicles" or just "Mexicles". In California they are known as "Quinteros" because of the area and street they reside, The 5th Hill (La Quinta Loma). They have strong presence in cities like Ciudad Juarez, Guadalajara, Monterrey and Mexico City. In Colombia most are from Medellin. In the USA they mostly live in Texas, California and Arizona.

Paisa is almost like calling someone "hometown". Because he is from the same city as you but with the word Paisas, short for Paisanos, its the same thing but only referring to someone from the same counrty as you but in spanish.

Parisans

Parisans are people who adhere strictly to all social hygiene practices. These would include people who practice good social hygiene in order not to afflict innocents who they may come into casual contact with by imposing whatever virus or organism they're playing host to. Parisans understand that they may afflict someone unknowingly and are socially conscious individuals. Parisans are responsible human beings and are VERY considerate of those around them. Parisans don't need laws to dictate to them what is and what is not socially acceptable hygienic behavior. They are usually very well researched on these topics and will not listen to conspiracy theories that say things to the contrary and are unsupported by any scientific data.

A group of Parisans saw a chap walking down the street during a pandemic, not wearing a mask, and gave them the facts about the usefulness of masks and the abatement/mitigation of respiratory disease. Literature may soon become available.

People that participate in such activities will also harass, guilt trip and back stab other people behind their backs while pretending to care about said person to their face. They also have a large victimization complex where they pretend that they're the victims when they get caught
