One of higher social standing, attractiveness, or intelligence level whom chooses to prey on those whom are poor, weak, or vulnerable.

Hitler and company tended to paint Jews as bottom feeders with regards to how they treated the poor in Germany.

The JAP (Jewish American Princess) girl attaches herself to the lower socioeconomic degenerate in high school who has nothing, so that he focuses all his energies and attention on her.
