The term is meant for individuals who are less than knowledgeable and less than savvy in regard to all things surrounding the internet world.
This would include (but not limited to) navigating the World Wide Web, social media, using email, logging into accounts, how blogs work, or anything associated with web sites/pages.
The challenge occurs when one is trying to manage these various platforms without success due to the learning curve involved.
Not fully understanding how the web works may be due to lack of desire, time spent learning or interest in general.

Web Schizo refers to a condition where a person becomes mentally disoriented or overwhelmed due to excessive exposure to the vast and chaotic information on the internet. It symbolizes the struggle of individuals trying to navigate the ever-expanding virtual world, resulting in a sense of confusion and fragmentation. People calling themselves "Web Schizos" are often diagnosed with some type of schizophrenia, however, the term "Web Schizo" is not based on any medical diagnosis and is primarily used in casual conversations to describe behavior related to excessive internet usage.
