Someone who is ridiculously dumb, make an ass of themselves, and hasn't got a clue about what's going on around them. However, tools are usually used and kept around for either entertainment purposes (ie. getting them to do something really stupid for laughs) or for other things (ie. transportation).
Phil: Hey, that Dick guy, he's a fuckin' tool! He sings "I'm a Little Tea Pot" when I tell him to.

Get the Toolmug. Most likely, anybody that either is in school for business or already has their BBA and/or MBA. They didn't go to school for intellect, but simply to learn how to make a lot of money. Usually, they're the Abercrombie kids/Hollister children. They'll succumb ethics for money and will nod their heads to corporations like obedient dogs when told to do something if it means more money for them in the end. They're like...well...tools.
