Talkei

Talkei or Talkey, is a Brazilian English expression that is the mixing of "Oh ok" with "Talked", it is used when you talk something and you want to confirm it to someon else.

"You need to write the email to the company until next week, talkei?"

"I am going to walk and you will be taking care of the home, talkei?"

"Do not go outside before I tell you, talkei?"

Mob Talker

Someone who carelessly walks on a street talking on his/her mobile phone without paying any attention to whats going on around him/her( Including people walking around him/her,stop/walk sign near traffic signals) A mob talker will probably not even realize that an ambulance just passed by.

Jenny is a real mob talker.

hostage talker

Someone who starts a conversation with you when in fact you have no wish to speak to them, then talks for ages without giving you an opportunity to excuse yourself without appearing rude.

Hostage talkers either enjoy making you uncomfortable or are completely oblivious to the fact that they are not wanted. People likely to be hostage talkers are mothers, younger brothers, bosses or people to whom you owe money.

Dave: Why isn't Mike here yet?
Steve: I think he ran into Linda in the hallway.
Dave: Damn, then he'll be ages. She's a hostage talker.
