Reverse Ouroboros

Derived from the ancient symbol Ouroboros, a snake eating its own tail, Reverse Ouroboros would mean someone's got their head up their ass. Contextually, it is used as an insult in place of, or in conjunction with:

"You've got your head up your ass-" and/or similar insults.

It thereby is used to show obliviousness and/or asshole behaviour.
