A helper agent can be added to a conversation with the AI algorithm, help agents can provide a view or a check after an answer is generated. Helper agents improve the ChatGPT's correctness and limits hallucinations.

Rob: It just add another character into the chain of thought.... Just ask ChatGPT a question and in that question say had an "empathy" helper agent to focus on empathy to your conversation and after the answer is generated, assess the answer for empathy and suggest improvements to the generation.
