The Gay Handshake is a common greeting between two homosexuals who will later become friends.

It usually occurs in a club, after a night out or during a Grindr hookup and involves sexual activity (often a blowwie, sometimes intertwined with conversation about random biographical details.

After the handshake is complete, the two individuals will exchange numbers and begin a friendship or friendship with benefits.
