Sugar Flicker

A person with extremely small fingers or hands which are ideal for sowing clothes and knitwear. Thier hands are so small that things as little as a grain of sugar can get in the way of their intricate task. Therefore they flick them away. Hence the name 'Sugar Flicker'.
