Person often wants to create his own definition.

Person 2 : "My powers are beyond your comprehension! Mbxjsy!"
Person 3 : "Did someone created the definition of qeypgx? They did. What if I do the opposite version? Mbxjsy. Nothing here. I will create my own!"

The MB Delay

When an email is sent and received, it sits in the inbox of the Customer Service Rep that it was sent directly to, unread for hours or sometimes days. Most email will never get responded to ever. Building up in the inbox, lost forever in the Outlook abyss. When the email is finally replied to, the situation has already long been resolved or a delayed task.
