Originated from the word WebCam.
This is the act of smoking weed with your friends over WebCam. Optimal for the use when they are not in your presence, or you are away from them and you need to smoke weed with them.

Jack: Hey man we gotta smoke weed with Jim!
Ryan: Well we can't, he is in another country, he only has his freaking webcam to chat.
Jack: We can WeedCam with him, it will feel like he is there.
Ryan: Awesome, getting high over the interwebz.

Weed Wish

When it is 4:20 (am or pm) and you don't have any weed to blaze, the closest thing would be to set a dandelion (common lawn weed) on fire. Dandelions are used for wishing. Therefore, a wish should be made at 4:20. These are generally more effective than 11:11 wishes, because marijuana actually has direct effects on people.

Person 1: it's 4:20, blaze it
Person 2: Time to make a weed wish!

Weed Angel

A weed Angel is someone who obtaines marijuana for personal use with good intentions of sharing it with others who are less fortunate and cannot afford or could not obtain marijuana for their medical needs. You can always find a weed Angel blazing a bowl or puffing a joint or blunt they're always eager to share and do not care what your background race Creed religion or beliefs are.

Wow I was really worried about how I was going to make it through the day and then they're out of nowhere a weed Angel appeared and made things all better.
