I went to a thai restaurant and tried to order paneer. The waiter said they didn't serve paneer, but they instead had tofu. I tried it, and concluded that it was a phail knockoff of paneer, since the Thais were unable to procure proper cheese cubes of the greatness.

My nick name. Because my name is too long. It came to being by my friends taking my name 'Saidhbhin' (which is pronounced sa-bean), changing it to 'Soybean' and then finally changing it to 'Tofu' (for tofu is made of soybeans)
