When a person says or does something with complete sincerity, only to have no recollection of it at a later date.

Boy: "Girl, I wanna be wit ya."
Same boy, one month later: "WADDAFUCKIZUPWITDATDURTYSKANK?!"
Girl: "Geeze, look at you wit yo temporary sincerity!"

My friend was once sincere about something. I told her to take back her sincerity, but she didn't, so I shot her in the face. She died. Lesson learned.
