slacker; usually has the characteristics of being lazy, lethargic, and in worse conditions, apathetic.

a 'schlippe' is the type of person who is a good-for-nothing individual who doesnt do jacksh*t except take up space and is a waste of energy.

another note, this also refers to people who are mainly bums and do nothing with their lives.

"stop schlippin', we got work to do."

"this kid is a schlippe; he hasn't had a job for 2 years now. he's completely sh0t."
