To use extreme measures to get rid of excess fat in one's body, such as: liposuction surgery, drinking only water for 3 days straight, buying a Nintendo Wii and playing vigorous Wii sports games for at least 30 hours a week, totally avoiding fast-food and chips and anything packaged, eating only fruits/veggies/lean meats for a long time, and avoiding using cars if possible.

Word often used by teenagers to replace odd, strange, crazy, retarded, unusual, out right wrong, just plain stupid, messy, dirty, cool, kool,awesome, silly, misshapen, deformed, stupid, uncool, sweet, and insane to the max. Usually paired with an emotion (clarified by the tone of the voice of the person saying the word) and facial expression to help understand what word is being replaced and how they intend it to be understood.

Boy: hey did you see that girls' hair? I mean come on! It was such a mess.

Girl: Yeah I saw it. She needs to go get it cut and dyed a different color cause it was just plain deflictated.

Someone: ohmygosh did you go see that band in town last night?!

You: heck yeah I did! They were so deflictated that Im goin to get there CD tomorrow.
