Occurs mostly to folks with odd-shaped bods and who believe shorts don't need washing as often as other garments. Will usually smell like bus seat and fecal grease in affected region.

Being so drunk that you talk like Trump. Yes, it’s actually Trump Drunk but it’s more likely to be pronounced (if confessing to be being in this state) as above.
