1. Someone who doesnt have the balls to accept the fact they got caught
2. Someone whos too pussy to do anything about it so they just tell on you
3. A Hater
4. Someone who likes to get fucked in the ass by the fat lil piggies that think carrying a badge around makes you hott shit

Examples of what a snitch might say:
1. "He did it."
2. "She did it."
3. "They did it."
4. "Please officer, I'll do anything just please dont take me to jail!!!" (usually followed by a tear or something else youd expect from a FAGGOT)
