A place or situation with surroundings or events that would be better experienced high on marijuana. Some common stone-perfect environments include your local fair, the airport, the DMV/DOL and your place of employment.

Duder 1: "Why are we waiting in the parking lot?"

Duder 2: "Cuz me and Rich gotta blaze it up first dude. You down?"

Duder 1: "Sure I guess."

Rich: "That a boy!"

Duder 1: "Dude the fair is like the stone-perfect environment. Watch out dude there's some leprechauns!"

Pereffect

the consequence of being in an amazing individual's presence. one who emits a mind blowing intensity of perfection and greatness. being in this perfect person's presence gives rise to fainting spells, irregular heart beats, blurred vision or complete vision loss (only temporary), speech confuzzlement, impaired cognition, increase in body temperature and in some severe cases, body freeze. All effects are transient because as the perfected individual draws closer to you, his/her perfection acts as the antidote to the experienced pereffect of their perfected perfection.

Wendy: Girl friend... did you see that damn fine gorgeous element walk over by the table.

The logical error that assumes a perfect solution to a problem exists, and rejects proposed solutions on the grounds that they are imperfect solutions

Decriminalizing marijuana is a bad idea because there will still be the same problems associated with it

Perfect solution fallacy is rejecting a proposed solution on the grounds that it won't completely eradicate marijuana abuse

Perfect Little That

a phrase used by Kat Dennings in the movie Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist (which was based on a book called Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist but wasn't all that accurate).
Said phrase was used to compare the classic underrated outcast girl to the classic pretty popular bitch and can be used as an alternate name to, really, any perfect and popular girl one comes across.

Norah: Caroline, the problem is that this is not gonna compete with Perfect Little That
