A Narper, is a person who is is a complete idiot, without any brains. a Narper can also be a person who has complete disregard for anyone, or anything, that isn't him/her/ or itself.

Narp, is a word used in the same sense as crap, oh poo, darn it, Sh*t, D*mn It!, and any of the other swear words.

Brian is such a narper. Brian acts like a narper. What the NARP!!! etc...
