A person that has known and or used technical devices or websites before it was mainstream or known in general. A cyber hipster always tries to be the first one who uses this tech or software. The person doesn't need to be a hipster IRL.

Person 1:'Have you heard of this big youtuber?'
Cyber hipster:'Dude, i know him since he had like 5k subscribers!'

Cyber hipster:'I played Minecraft when it was still called cavegame'
Other person: 'That dude is such a cyber hipster'
