A person usu. female who has a flabby stomach yet a small waist causing their midsection to hang over their pants on all sides like eaves on a building or, obviously, the top of a muffin.

She would be hot if she just lost that muffin-top. I would reconsider wearing that Tracy, you don't want to accentuate your muffin-top.
