Ethnicist

"Ethnicist" when a person is resentful, rude, demeaning and cruel toward somebody for their ethnicity or skin color.

There needs to be a word for this since Racist and Prejudice don't match the definition to describe someone who acts this way.

There many different ethnicities that deal with this problem on a daily bases and there should be a word to describe it.

The customer was an Ethnicist to the server because she was Asian and treated her poorly,
when the server did everything right and gave the customer the same treatment she gives everyone.

The boy was Ethnicist toward his neighbor because the neighbor had a black dad and a white Mom,
so bullied him for it.

The women working at the Coffee shop was told it smells more like Curry than coffee because she was Indian.

The white women working at the hotel was treated poorly; was told that it's pay back for what her people did in the past.
