"Tosterogical" is a word most possibly invented by Queen Latifa in an interview for her film The Dilemma starring Vince Vaughn. She uses it while explaining the meaning behind "Ladywood", which was spoken in the film -- the YouTube video where you can see her say this phrase is titled (Queen Latifah on her 'Lady Wood' and possibly doing a "Stripper Movie")

When you walk past an object such as a table or a doorframe, typically bare foot, and you stub one of your toes, most often the big or little one, as you pass. The large flash of pain followed by the urge to inflict the same pain on whatever you just injured yourself on, even if it's an inanimate object, is the feeling of, "toeture."
