A last name of a person, who is a bad ass motha fuker. Usually the people with this name have brown/brunnet hair,most are asian, they are great athelets (best a soccer (and make jv freshman year)). Shaffer's are extremely smart, and most of all can't ever keep it in their pants.

shefti kooshty

This was a word made up by dandy. It came from the football player Shefti Kuqi, but he said 'kooshty' instead of Kuqi. It quickly caught on. It means 'ok', 'cheers' or 'good'.
