The act of smoking a cigarette or stogie through a hole in ones neck. This word was derived from the people who have a hole in their trachea (which they smoke from) and pronounce "smoking" as "moking" because they can't pronouce the "s" sound.

Moving friars

Advancing the thinking of an individual or organization in a way which is either in their or your own best interest. If successful, the individual (or organization) either has adjusted the way they think or describe an concept, or, in best case, changed course of action to correct the situation at hand.

History- phase was developed based on the concept that friars tend to be slow to take on new concepts/ slow to change the "old ways" of action or thinking.
