An action that won't necessarily get you "fired", but will create a self-imposed cap on your future. An unforced error that leads to the demise of your potential. Similar to black-listing; this is the move that causes you to get silently blacklisted. You're not necessarily gonna get fired, but, you're going to be wondering later on "why do I keep getting passed over for that promotion"? That CLM you made- that's why.
CLM (Career Limiting Move)
Oof, Tom getting hammered and belligerently trash-talking management, puking into garbage can at the company party... real CLM move. His co-workers like him, but management has no respect for him, and have privately said they would never work with him after the incident.
-----
John, you work at a profit-taking hedge fund. You going well out of your way to make your socialist stance crystal clear to management... you're never going to get promoted to manager. CLM. Don't do it, please. Find another way.

What MySpace puts in place to stop spammers by limiting how many comments, friend requests, and messages a person can send in a given day or timeframe.
Basically it's MySpace's way of saying "get the fuck off and get a fucking life"

Person: sounds great, see you there

The people who have this name can pump people really good, they can become as good as soar cricket’s

Named after Princess Twilight, the Twilight Limit is the maximum amount of magic a unicorn can safely contain. If a unicorn passes the Twilight Limit, its hypothesized that the unicorn would have no control of the magic, which would quickly consume the unicorn, making them a pure manifestation of magic.
Applejack: "So what would happen if somepony past the Twilight Limit y'all are talking about?"
Twilight: "We don't know actually, but we theorize that they would eventually be consumed by the magic and become pure magical energy. Who knows what could happen after that."

This is the point where a relatively serious person suddenly goes over the edge to a laughing person. It can be brought on by a joke or a situation, and it doesn't require any prompting although previous jokes increase the chance of breaking the laugh limit.
John was being very serious about his financial situation until he saw a very funny political video, and then suddenly he broke the laugh limit. Then he was laughing so hard that he almost cried.

When parents get to reintroduce screen time limits to their children as soon as COVID-19 pandemic ends, after 2 years of unavoidable increase of screen time durations during the lockdown caused by this pandemic
Once the pandemic was over, it was time for the reintroduction of screen time limits; my parents were ready to put those limits back in place after all that extra screen time during the lockdown caused by the pandemic.
