An austrian curse word - translates to "cakeling" or "little cake" - which isn't ment in any mean way.

Mostly direkted to people you like and or care for to simply tell them they are a little bit dumb in a sweet way. You could say it's the unharmful version of the english "twat".

A: I spent hours waiting in front of the shop forgetting it was sunday. (in which case the shop wouldn't open at all)
