They generally have a penchant for sun glasses and knowing a few chords of guitar. The ones with TV shows generally permanently ruin any restaurant they go to. Guy Fieri, Adam Richman, and Big Hoss and from Pawn Stars are all cool fat guys.

Adam Richman can eat over 10 pounds of meat and deep fried food in one sitting, play several guitar chords, and has an almost pompadour, he is THE cool fat guy
